Opened or used perfumes, sprays, or diffusers
Opened herbal tea blends

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and clear photos of the product
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Defective
Damaged in transit
Incorrectly delivered
